Our company constructs moulds for production of hard PVC profile, soft PVC, hard-soft PVC (Co.Extrusion), foam PVC, foam PS (free inflation or Celuca system).
Moulds for acrylic and polyamide production.
Matrix are constructed from magnetic stainless steel.
Calibrators are constructed with steel ST 37, with hard chromium plating 65 HRC or with special mixtures of stainless steel which don’t need plating of hard chromium.
Extrusion Lines
All extrusion lines are operated by PLC CONTROL (computer).
They are operated by touch screens and their electronic parts can be controlled by our company's computers via a telephone line.
